During this class, you will learn to make a delicious healthy meal using fresh, nutricious ingredients, in 5 minutes or less. Not only will you feel good, you will look good too, thanks to the detoxifying effects of smoothies & other healthy drinks, you will gain all of the benefits of eating natural, raw, plant based foods, fruit and more in the most convenient, quick & easy way.  Our souper head chef JB Dubois will guide you through how quick and easy it is to make your healthy drinks, 

He will be demo’ing drinks smoothies, kombucha, herbal teas & natural energy drinks.
