The course will include some dishes created by our fantastic head chef JB Dubois, in this course he will demonstrate how easy it is to prepare great food without using any meat.
A great course for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike (never worry again when entertaining vegetarian guests!). This course is a great way of improving your cookery or simply learning how to prepare meat-free dishes which are healthy and beautifully presented.
The focus of this evening course is on cooking using garden-fresh produce to create mouth-watering meals which are light and easy to prepare yet visually stunning and simply delicious.
