Food systems have never been as important to the planet as they are now in this time of great climate emergency. GIY is passionate about leading the way in the fight to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger by 2030 and have teamed up with the SDG Advocacy Hub and Chef’s Manifesto to play our part in making this happen. Chefs have the power to curate a new global conversation about food and translate the SDGs into accessible everyday actions.
50 diners will join us at GROW HQ for a meal entirely created from Food Waste. This zero waste dinner will be created by HQ Head Chef JB Dubois and visiting chef and Chef’s Manifesto Ambassador Conor Spacey of Food Space. Guest speakers from the international movement will join us alongside Mark Diacono (Otter Farm & River Cottage) and Lia Leendertz (The Guardian, The Telegraph) as we launch GROW HQ as the Irish hub for Chefs Manifesto.
Includes 4 course meal plus welcome HQ Garden Cocktail.
