Every Wednesday evening 19.00 - 20.00. Yoga practice includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. This class is for beginners and for those with some experience of yoga who enjoy a more active class or who want to progress from gentle yoga or the absolute beginners class.
