At GROW HQ we pride ourselves on being a working model of a sustainable food system. We rely on the seasons to create delicious food for our customers using produce grown on site, or supplied by local producers. Our Zero-waste ethos ensures allows our team to carefully create menus using up as much as they can with any waste being handed to our Head Grower to be used as compost.
