Participants will learn how to make various dips and sauces such as hummus, pesto, dips, ketchup, slaws and more. The course focus on healthy, seasonal eating, are fun, informative and tasty while learning new skills and different ways to use dips and sauces at home.
Side dishes are great, for a quiet night at home with a glass of wine, as a conversation starter at your dinner party and especially for a quick snack on the go. Chef will teach you how to whip these up in no time, while using seasonal ingredients for that extra wow factor.
Cancellation Policy. We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your place at least 48 hours prior to the day of the course, you will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the date will incur a full charge due to the high demand for our courses.
