Fennel Florence 'Rondo F1'

Not just tasty but very attractive with its feathery leaves. A crisp, fresh bulb with a lovely aniseed taste. Both the bulb and the fronds or leaves are edible. Some raw grated funnel bulb is a delicious addition to a summer salad or coleslaw. Known for being a digestive aid too.

This variety is very resistant to bolting. Sow from early May to late July and harvest after 12 to 16 weeks.
