10:00-12:30 Saturday, 13th May 2017. In this class you will experience and learn about seasonal food in all of its glory, from growing it, to cooking it and eating it. It will cover topics such as growing principles and techniques, as well as crop management and harvesting techniques. Participants will then take part in a cooking demonstration on how to transform their harvest into many delicious meals and preserves. The aim of this course is to learn about, appreciate and enjoy food in every way, from fork to fork.
