Intensive Commercial Growing for keen amateur gardeners, chefs and farmers (February)

Selling home produced fruit and vegetables, or using them in your restaurant, is something that many gardeners or chefs consider. This course looks at the feasibility and viability of intensive horticultural production for sale or use within your own food business.

In this course GROW HQ Head Grower, Richard will take you through the process of growing your own produce, this course will cover:

  • Appropriate crops to grow for sale or internal use
  • Planning production
  • Using Tunnels
  • Crop management for a range of suitable crops
  • Selling your produce
  • Whether to grow organically

On the day, you will enjoy a delicious, award-winning, home-grown HQ lunch cooked by our award-winning Head Chef JB Dubois.

Cancellation Policy. We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your place at least 48 hours prior to the day of the course, you will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the date will incur a full charge due to the high demand for our courses.
