Bring your own knives, have them sharpened and learn how to slice and dice like a pro. Watch and learn these techniques and practice under a watchful, encouraging eye. Our Head Chef JB will discuss the selection, care and proper use, along with the art of maintaining a sharp knife. A delicious dish will be prepared utilizing the product of your knife work.
