It is about learning to focus on the here and now, and to be kind to ourselves. And don't we all need to do more of that? It means greater capacity for happiness, health and wellbeing, and reduced stress, anxiety and depression. Spend an hour a week in the company of the wonderful Michael Dalton who has taught many meditation courses and tutors in mindfulness with numerous groups in the areas of Mental Health, Addiction, Social Care, Young Adults on probation from the courts and Family Support Groups.
