Golden Bantam corn is an heirloom variety, hugely popular for it's delicious sweet flavour and tenderness. An early variety so it performs well under cool conditions.
Sowing:
April to May
Plant out in rows after frosts in early summer. Matures in 80 - 90 days. Harvest in time, before the seeds become too hard and too floury.
Perfect for eating fresh or freezing.
