It's time to cultivate the soil of ourselves in preparation for Spring. This time of year is the best time to detox so if you missed out on a January cleanse, you're right in time for a Spring Clean!This is a beginners level class and involves gentle moderate level yoga asanas (postures) and some mindfulness practices.
