Rocket 'Napoli'

A vigorous dark green. Napoli is an improved form of wild rocket with a more upright growth habit. Best grown in early spring and late summer for optimal flavour. Will bolt in warm weather, so it’s ideal for cooler growing seasons.

Sow small amounts every 3 weeks from late June until late September.

Seeds can be sown directly into the soil but modular trays (with 5 seeds per cell) are recommended. They can then be planted out 4 weeks after sowing.

Leaf salads grow quickly and can be ready for cutting in as little as three weeks.

Don’t allow the soil to dry out as this will encourage bolting.

Weed when the plants are small as you don’t want weeds in your cut salads.
