GROW HQ Cookery School
Welcome to the GROW HQ Cookery school, situated at the home of GIY in Waterford City, at our award-winning zero waste cafe and organic urban farm.
Our Head Chef, JB Dubois, leads the best cookery classes with his unique way of appealing to all skill levels. We love to welcome beginner cooks, as well as the more experienced chefs who are interested in learning how to cook with the seasons from an award-winning chef.
All of our cookery courses and demonstrations are curated with a zero-waste ethos, from sourcing ingredients to packaging - JB will showcase how our commitment to sustainability plays a crucial role in our culinary practices here at GROW HQ.
In addition to cookery classes, cookery courses and live cookery demonstration classes, the GROW HQ Cookery School also caters for private events, private parties, corporate events, private dining and group events for up to 60 people here in Waterford overlooking our beautiful organic gardens.
