No, you’re not dreaming, brunch really is landing at GROW HQ. On Sunday 16th March we’ll be launching a brand-new brunch menu, created by our new Head Chef, Bruno Dantes, just in time for Paddy’s Day weekend.
Grab your besties and start the celebrations at ours, we’ll cook and do the dishes so you can relax. You want to know what the menu is right? Who wouldn’t. We’ll be serving our delicious seasonal menu every Sunday and Bank Holiday, consider this your official invitation to start popping those dates into your diary.
What’s on the menu?
We don’t like to brag (well, maybe just a little), but our kitchen team has been working on some absolute showstoppers for this menu. Brunch bowls? Got it. HQ Fritters?

We’ve got those too. Stuffed French toast? Of course! Seasonal? That’s basically our middle name. We can’t stop dreaming of the stuffed custard French toast.
Local produce
We’re all about local ingredients, which means every dish is packed with fresh and seasonal ingredients. If we haven’t grown it at GROW HQ then it’s sourced from one of our local suppliers – have you tried our roasted coffee beans? They’re Waterford’s finest!
