Grow, Cook, Eat by Michael Kelly - Updated for the 2018 TV series

A GIY Guide to growing and cooking your own food

From March 2018, the founder of the GIY movement Michael Kelly will present a 7-part TV series on RTE 1 called GROW COOK EAT.  The series will bring viewers on a plot-to-plate journey through the growing year.  To coincide with the series, GIY is proud to announce the release of a brand new edition of their Gourmand Cookbook Award-winning food growing bible GROW COOK EAT.

GROW COOK EAT features seasonal recipes from over 35 of the biggest names in food, including Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, Dylan McGrath, Donal Skehan, Darina Allen, Rachel Allen, Neven Maguire, Clodagh McKenna and many more.  This edition features brand new recipes from Jess Murphy of Kai restaurant in Galway and JB Dubois of GROW HQ in Waterford.  GROW COOK EAT is packed with advice on setting off on your ‘good life’ journey; including what to do in the veg patch each month, and seasonal recipes to turn your produce in to delicious home-grown meals.
