Scoop: Irish Food Stories

Scoop is a biannual magazine sharing the inside story on Irish food.

There's not a lot to buy on this subject outside Ireland itself, so Scoop aims curate an inclusive snapshot of Irish food that reflects on the past, celebrates the diverse present and looks forward to the future. It aims to explore all aspects of Irish food and drink, from art to agriculture, food policy to what's on the plate. In the long run the publisher wants to establish Scoop as a cross between the late Cherry Bombe in the US and Noble Rot in the UK. Both of these have proved popular with us, so check out the first issue of this promising newbie.
